Doublure extensible
Stretch lining is designed to move with the shell fabric and the wearer. The range includes 92% polyester/8% spandex four-way-stretch moss crepe chiffon, high-elasticity polyester moss crepe and imitation-silk stretch satin.
These constructions are suitable for fitted garments in which a rigid lining could restrict movement or distort the outer silhouette. Matching the extension and recovery behavior of the lining to the face fabric is especially important around armholes, seat seams, knees, elbows and close-fitting bodices.
Doublure en taffetas de polyester
Polyester taffeta provides a smooth woven surface that helps garments slide over base layers. Available constructions include 170T, 180T, 190T and 210T qualities, along with recycled polyester 190T and 210T options.
The range covers linings for suits, jackets and bags, as well as 210T 0.3 plaid 65 gsm waterproof taffeta. The appropriate thread count and finish should be selected according to the required weight, opacity, hand feel and end use.
Doublure en nylon et technique
Lightweight nylon constructions are available for down garments, outdoor equipment and technical apparel. Current products include 400T woven nylon at 36 gsm for bright down jackets and 20D lightweight linings, 70D 210T waterproof nylon taffeta, waterproof 228T nylon Taslon, and heat-sealable TPU-coated 40D nylon ripstop.
For coated or laminated programs, buyers should define the required waterproofing, seam-sealing method, coating type and finished-product testing before bulk production.
Doublure effet satin et soie
The collection includes plain-dyed 100% silk satin, 100% silk taffeta, imitation-silk stretch satin, shiny polyester-spandex satin and 50D × 75D recycled polyester satin.
These materials provide a smooth or lustrous surface for premium apparel, occasionwear, sleepwear and decorative lining applications. Stretch satin is particularly useful where the shell garment requires both fluid drape and freedom of movement.
Mousseline, crêpe et organza
Lightweight options include 75D polyester crinkle crepe chiffon, plain-dyed 75D polyester chiffon, polyester moss crepe chiffon and lightweight nylon organza.
Chiffon and crepe constructions can provide a soft, low-bulk inner layer, while organza can add controlled transparency and light structural support. Material selection should reflect the shell fabric’s opacity, drape and seam construction.
Doublure matelassée
Polyester padding cotton double-sided quilting and custom-pattern ultrasonic-quilted polyester fabrics are available for insulated apparel and padded products. High-precision quilted material is also offered for cushions, curtains, chairs and sofas.
Quilt pattern, loft, backing material and stitch or bond stability should be evaluated against the final cutting layout and intended care process.

Polyester taffeta can be used in suit jackets, blazers, waistcoats, tailored trousers and overcoats. A smooth lining reduces friction against shirts and knitwear while helping the garment retain a clean internal finish.
For partially lined tailoring, lightweight taffeta can be placed through sleeves, shoulder areas or front panels without unnecessarily increasing garment weight.

Four-way-stretch moss crepe and stretch satin are suited to body-contoured dresses, dance costumes, performance uniforms, stretch tailoring and fitted occasionwear. Their extensibility helps the lining follow articulated seams and shaped panels.
Potential constructions include lining for asymmetric dresses, stretch corsetry panels, fitted jumpsuits, stagewear and garments with high-mobility sleeve designs.

Soft stretch satin and lightweight chiffon may be used in slips, camisoles, pajama sets, robes and selected intimate-apparel panels. Stretch constructions can support close-fitting patterns, while smooth satin surfaces help reduce friction.
The final material should be assessed for seam comfort, opacity, recovery and compatibility with elastic trims.

The listed 400T woven nylon at 36 gsm is intended for lightweight down jackets and 20D lining applications. Closely woven lightweight materials can help contain insulation while keeping the garment packable.
Relevant end uses include ultralight down jackets, insulated vests, travel garments, packable midlayers and lightweight hooded jackets.

Waterproof nylon taffeta, 228T nylon Taslon and TPU-coated 40D ripstop can be considered for windbreakers, uniforms, sportswear, shorts and technical outdoor products.

The yarns are woven or knitted into the required construction and then dyed and finished. Heat setting may be used to stabilize dimensions and establish consistent stretch-and-recovery behavior. Depending on the intended product, additional coating, lamination, quilting or performance finishing may follow.
Before garment cutting, the fabric’s stretch direction should be aligned with the movement requirements of the pattern. Bulk approval should consider dimensional stability, shade consistency, seam behavior and compatibility with the shell fabric.

The current collection includes recycled polyester taffeta, recycled polyester satin and recycled polyester 190T and 210T fabrics. These options can reduce reliance on virgin polyester while retaining the practical characteristics required for many lining applications.
Recycled-content documentation and chemical compliance should be managed separately. Chain-of-custody records support the recycled-material claim, while restricted-substance declarations and laboratory reports address chemical requirements. Buyers should request documentation connected to the exact article, color and production lot.
